Texas Renaissance Festival Elephant Ride
In this photo, people wait in line for the Texas Renaissance Festival's elephant ride.
A trainer works with the elephants and takes them in circles, walking them around the pit.
This is where the elephant waits at a wooden structure they built so people with a ticket can climb on the elephant's back.
The Renaissance Festival happens in Magnolia Texas once a year, and lasts for several weeks.
There are shops, displays, shows, food, drinks, and people reenacting olden times.
Right after I photographed this, I went and saw the Clan Tynker family circus show.
They had a spotlight in a Willie Nelson movie later. It was all a lot of fun.
I did ride the elephant too. I didn't enjoy the elephant ride as much as some people.
