Media Rush To Find the Infamous Texas Chainsaw Site
In 2011, authorities received a tip from a visionary that knew where the infamous Texas chainsaw event occurred and where the remains would be, or atleast she thought she did. It was an old farm out in the country.
The word spread quickly that this was it, and a frenzy and chaos followed. I was able to look around the search site from the edge of the woods with bright lights from news vans and that some reporters had brought along.
Helicopters, news reporters, journalists, and photographers rushed to the location, but nothing was ever found. It turned out to be a wild lead that led nowhere.
In the midst, I had an interesting experience and this is one of the photos from that night that I snapped as I stood on this pitch black narrow road being eaten by mosquitos.
