Houston City Hall on Bagby Street Glowing Red
This is Houston City Hall on Bagby street On this night, the government headquarters glowed red. This Houston headquarters building is located at 901 Bagby St downtown. Its construction was completed in July of 1939. In total, it has 10 floors and contains the Mayor's office. At the time, it was extremely modern and built of heavy construction materials which have lasted well. My composition and other choices were designed to make this building feel extremely powerful.
