Hurricane Beryl Damages a Community Entrance Sign in Texas
In 2024, a massive category 5 Hurricane Beryl hit Texas. The damage was intense with trees down everywhere and deadly flooding. In this photo, you see a community entrance sign just north of Houston that was also damaged by the storm.
The panels from this neigborhood's sign were blown off and hanging partially by cables. This tropical cyclone had sustained winds clocked at over 165mph. After Spring of '24, the Atlantic Ocean became very active with one tropical storm after the next. Several hit the Gulf consecutively including Beryl.
