In Texas, you sometimes see sunflowers taller than you are. It can be amazing to see on a bright sunny day. Some works just resonate with you and this one resonated with me, even as I was working on it. The sunflowers seem like they're in a race to get to the sun but they never do. It doesn't stop them from trying though.
